Job Description - Business Development Executive

Business Development Executive – Canary Wharf, London

Are you motivated by financial success and the opportunity to build a lucrative career in business development? This role offers a highly competitive base salary, uncapped commission structure, and clear progression opportunities — giving you the platform to significantly increase your earning power while working in one of London’s most dynamic commercial districts.

Package
  • £25,000–£30,000 basic salary (depending on seniority or direct experience in a similar role)
  • £100 per instruction won
  • 10% of the fee paid as commission
  • Monday to Friday schedule
We are seeking a driven and results-focused Business Development Executive to join our team in Canary Wharf. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive professional who thrives on generating new business, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth in a fast-paced market.
Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across targeted sectors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and emerging opportunities.
  • Deliver engaging presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful client onboarding and account management.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed revenue targets.
Skills & Experience
  • Proven track record in business development, sales, or client relationship management.
  • Strong ability to win new business and close deals effectively.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated with a drive to exceed targets and deliver results.
  • Experience working in a target-driven environment with financial rewards.
  • Knowledge of the London market, particularly Canary Wharf and surrounding business districts, is an advantage.
