As Whitestar Solutions grows, so does the need to take on additional team members – we are looking for a self -driven, and highly motivated Business Development Executive. You will be responsible for handling incoming sales enquiries, and proactive outbound sales activity.

Proven experience in a target driven sales role, for a minimum of 1 year
Key Responsibilities:
Conducting outbound calls to prospective and existing business customers across the UK
Answering incoming sales enquiries, whether by telephone, email or contact form on the website
Establishing customer needs and identifying sales opportunities
Acting as the customer’s account executive or account manager
Creating relationships with clients and prospects
Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly targets and KPIs
Responsible for own administration
Attending regular team meetings
Identifying and developing improvements to your role and your client base
Build and maintain a close working relationship with the staff across the company
To be accountable in all endeavours
A strong and continuous focus on business development
This is not an exhaustive list and you must be flexible in your approach to carrying out your duties which may change from time to time to reflect business needs or for the company’s continuous improvement, this could include the opportunity for off -site visits to suppliers and/or clients.
- £22,000 to £24,000 per annum (depending on sales experience) - Uncapped OTE (On Target Earnings)
This is a full -time, permanent position, and you will be office -based Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5pm, with 30mins lunch.
You will need to be able to reliably commute to and from the office daily (HP2 7TG).
