In this position, you’ll deliver cutting -edge omni -channel payment solutions, enabling businesses to accept transactions both online and offline. Responsibilities:
Sales Outreach & Lead Generation
- Identify and approach Hospitality merchants with £2M–£50M turnover.
- Utilize cold calling, networking, and referral strategies to build a strong pipeline.
Needs -Based, Consultative Selling
- Employ frameworks like MEDDPICC to understand each client’s operational challenges and objectives.
- Propose tailored, omni -channel payment solutions that address pain points and add tangible value.
Pipeline & Relationship Management
- Maintain an up -to -date CRM, ensuring accurate prospect status and sales forecasting.
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with new and existing clients, becoming their trusted payment solutions expert.
Negotiations & Deal Closure
- Present compelling proposals, handle objections, and finalize contract terms.
- Coordinate with internal teams to guarantee a seamless onboarding experience for new merchants.
Market Insight & Feedback
- Stay abreast of hospitality industry trends and competitor offerings.
- Provide regular feedback to product and marketing teams to refine strategies and drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
Hospitality Sales Focus: Proven success in solution -based sales within the Hospitality sector or related industries.
Consultative Approach: Skilled at using needs/solutions frameworks to diagnose client challenges and tailor custom proposals.
Excellent Communication: Clear, persuasive, and customer -centric, with strong interpersonal skills for relationship -building.
Teamwork & Adaptability: Comfortable in a fast -paced environment; open to collaborating with internal partners.
Tech Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM tools and willingness to learn new platforms; prior knowledge of payment solutions is advantageous but not mandatory.
Ambition & Drive: Motivated to exceed targets and consistently deliver results.
