We are currently recruiting for an ambitious and driven Business Development Executive to join a well-established and rapidly growing renewable energy business based in West Yorkshire.
With a longstanding presence and an excellent reputation within the market, this company has built a strong track record of delivering tailored energy solutions to businesses across the UK. Due to continued growth and expansion, they are now looking to strengthen their sales team with motivated individuals who are looking for genuine long-term career progression.
The Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially focused individual who enjoys building relationships, generating new business, and working within a fast-paced, rewarding environment.
Key responsibilities include:
* Generating and qualifying new business opportunities
* Building and developing relationships with prospective clients
* Managing the sales process from initial contact through to close
* Understanding client requirements and presenting tailored solutions
* Working towards and exceeding sales targets
* Maintaining accurate CRM and pipeline management
Candidate Requirements
* Previous experience within sales, business development, telesales, or account management is preferred
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
* Motivated, target-driven, and ambitious mindset
* Strong organisational and negotiation skills
* Positive and professional attitude
* Desire to build a long-term career within a growing business
What’s on Offer
