National Business Communications is hiring driven Business Development Executives to join our growing outbound B2B sales team.

The Role – Business Development Executive


This is a high‑activity, outbound B2B sales role where success is driven by call volume, resilience, and consistency.

You will spend most of your day on the phone speaking with business owners and decision‑makers, generating opportunities and closing new business.

The more activity you put in, the more you earn — uncapped commission with no ceiling.

This role is ideal for candidates who:



  • Enjoy outbound calling

  • Are motivated by targets and commission

  • Don’t shy away from rejection



Key Responsibilities






  • High‑volume outbound calling to UK businesses

  • Generating new business opportunities through cold calls, follow‑ups, LinkedIn, and referrals

  • Speaking with decision‑makers to identify telecom needs

  • Selling VoIP, business broadband, leased lines, and unified communications

  • Managing the full sales cycle from first contact to close

  • Maintaining and updating your sales pipeline in the CRM

  • Achieving and exceeding monthly sales targets

  • Handing over closed deals to onboarding and support teams



What We’re Looking For



We’re looking for motivated, money‑driven salespeople who want to progress quickly and are willing to put the work in.
You’ll be a strong fit if you are:



  • Comfortable making high volumes of outbound calls

  • Target‑driven and motivated by commission

  • Resilient and able to handle rejection

  • Confident speaking with business owners and senior decision‑makers

  • Organised and able to manage your own sales pipeline

  • Experienced in B2B sales or early in your sales career with strong drive and coachability



Telecoms experience is desirable but not essential.

We value attitude, effort, and consistency above all else.
