The Role
As a Business Development Executive, you will:
* Identify and secure new business opportunities across UK and international markets
* Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals
* Build and maintain long-term client relationships
* Develop and manage a strong sales pipeline
* Carry out proactive outbound activity (calls, emails, video, networking)
* Understand client needs and present tailored solutions
* Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
* Maintain accurate CRM records and forecasts
* Collaborate with internal teams to deliver excellent service
What We’re Looking For:
✅ Essential
* Proven B2B sales experience with a strong track record
* Confident in new business development and closing deals
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
* Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
⭐ Desirable:
* Experience within FMCG, wholesale, distribution, or import/export
* Experience selling into retailers, distributors, or trade customers
* Exposure to international markets or export sales
* Additional language skills (advantageous but not essential)
