The Role

As a Business Development Executive, you'll play a key role in driving new business growth through proactive outbound sales activity. You'll be responsible for identifying prospective clients, engaging senior decision-makers, and generating high-quality sales opportunities for the wider commercial team.

What We're Looking For
Degree educated (or equivalent).
Graduate candidates with a genuine interest in sales are encouraged to apply.
12 months to 18 months experience in an SDR, BDR, Business Development, Outbound Sales, or New Business role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Confident, resilient, and target-driven with a proactive mindset.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
A genuine desire to build a long-term career in sales.
