Business Development Executive - Remote

Vertech Group is a specialist engineering recruitment consultancy

We're looking for an experienced B2B salesperson to support the initial approach to prospective clients.

The setup is straightforward. Vertech provides researched leads, relevant contacts and background on why each company is being approached. Your role is to make the initial call, start the conversation and, where there's interest, hand the opportunity over to the consultant who will manage the recruitment process from there

What we're offering

* OTE £30,000-£50,000+, with uncapped earnings

* Ongoing commission on further placements with clients you introduce for up to 12 months

What we're looking for

You'll need to be confident and natural on the phone, with previous B2B sales, telesales, appointment setting or business development experience

Recruitment experience isn't necessary. We're much more interested in someone who enjoys speaking to people, can have a good commercial conversation and is comfortable making initial outbound calls

This is a self-employed, commission-based opportunity offering genuine flexibility and the opportunity to build a substantial income from the clients you introduce
