Business Development Executive

Amour Recruitment are pleased to be recruiting for an experienced Business Development Executive, to join our wonderful client based in Farlington, Portsmouth.

In this exciting role, you'll join a vibrant and creative team, helping to supply a steady flow of works.

This role is almost entirely free of cold calling, and instead you'll work off of warm leads, existing accounts and call-ins.

This is a fantastic opportunity to grown an energetic and collaborative team, where you'll be valued and respected for your contributions and input.

Responsibilities:

* Liaising with clients by following up on leads/enquiries.

* Producing and following up on quotations.

* Relationship building.

* Actively drive business development through proactive actions and upselling of services.

Requirements:

* Previous B2B sales experience.

* Excellent written and verbal communications.

* Proactive approach to works, and ability to work on your own accord.

* Previous experience working to KPis and sales targets.

Hours: 9:00-17:30 Monday to Friday

Salary: From £28,000 basic (DOE) and uncapped commission.
