Business Development Executive

Nolan Recruitment are recruiting on behalf of a Colchester-based client for a Business Development Executive.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially driven individual to develop existing accounts, generate new business opportunities, and support marketing activities across a growing organisation.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage and grow existing customer accounts.

* Identify and develop new business opportunities.

* Re-engage dormant accounts and build a strong sales pipeline.

* Handle customer enquiries via phone, email and online channels.

* Maintain accurate CRM records and sales activity.

* Attend customer meetings, exhibitions and networking events across the UK and Ireland.

* Create and schedule social media content and marketing campaigns.

* Support exhibitions, promotional activities and brand awareness initiatives.

Requirements

* Proven business development experience with a track record of generating new business.

* Strong account management and relationship-building skills.

* Experience using CRM systems.

* Confident using social media and digital marketing tools.

* Willingness to travel throughout the UK and Ireland.

* Excellent communication and organisational skills.

✅ £32,000 - £34,000 DOE + bonus
