The Role
We’re looking for a driven and personable Business Development Executive to join our growing team. Your role will focus on converting leads into active clients through outbound outreach and excellent sales communication via phone, email, webchat, and in-person contact.
You’ll play a key role in helping us achieve our growth goals with strong earning potential and a clear path for progression.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound calls, emails, and chats directing them to the appropriate team member
Generate new leads through research, outreach, and cold calling
Deliver product demos and close new business opportunities
Communicate BroadShield’s product benefits clearly and confidently
Maintain accurate CRM records and track tasks and leads
Use the CRM system to generate and issue contracts
Support the Client Experience Team during onboarding
Assist with managing the prospect database
Meet or exceed KPIs, including call volume and lead generation targets
What We’re Looking For
1-2 years experience in sales (ideally in telesales or cold calling)
Confident communicator and relationship builder
Highly organised and calm under pressure
Target-driven and self-motivated
Able to work independently and within a team
Good listener with a consultative sales approach
Experience using CRM systems is a plus

£27,000 - £29,000 base salary (depending on experience)
Uncapped commission - OTE £31,500 -£34,000+
