The role will primarily be to aggressively accelerate the service portfolio across Scotland and the North East. Youll be tasked with increasing the portfolio size through acquiring new customers, self-generated leads gained through networking and various other means.
Purpose of the role
Growing the Service business by attracting new customers: this can be new customers or renewing relationships with existing customers.
Key Responsibilities
Approach potential customers to contract the maintenance of their elevators.
Know the Otis business and provide good insight to customers to provide the best insights and solutions.
Know maintenance and service strategies and procedures.
Strong sales skills; decision making and closing sales.
Generate manage and track leads.

Strong sales background with a good knowledge of the lift.
Target driven, and able to perform to set KPIs.
Great communication skills both verbally and written.
