* Conduct outbound B2B calls to Gloucestershire businesses

* Identify and engage with hiring managers, directors, and decision makers

* Qualify recruitment opportunities across various sectors

* Secure appointments for recruitment consultants

* Maintain accurate records within Bullhorn CRM

* Follow campaign targets and build relationships with prospective clients

* Support lead generation and business development efforts
