Do you have a background in the Motor or Automotive trade? Are you looking for a field-based role with a leading automotive parts group, who offer progression into senior roles, in-house training and a quarterly commission bonus which can significantly increase your earnings?

This company is a market leader in distributing replacement parts for cars and vans, across the Midlands and South Yorkshire regions, operating from 13 established locations. With a focus on family values, they are dedicated to developing their staff through comprehensive in-house training, rewarding long service with enhanced benefits, and promoting from within.

In this role, you'll be part of a close-knit team, supporting the supply of parts to both domestic customers and directly to garages. You will be responsible for existing and new client visits, developing relationships and customer growth, spotting new opportunities and delivering high levels of service. This is a target driven environment where you will be asked to hit branch targets on a quarterly basis.

This position would suit someone from the Motor or Automotive Trade with a background in Parts or Sales, looking for a permanent role with potential progression and the opportunity to significantly increase your earnings with quarterly bonuses.

The Role:
* Face-to-Face and Telephone based Business Development
* Contacting both existing and new customer accounts
* Handling incoming queries and handling accordingly
* Monday to Friday 45 hour week - 08:00 - 17:00
* Alternate Saturday Hours 08:00 - 13:00

The Person:
* Background in Sales or Business Development
* Background in Automotive / Motor Industry
* Commutable to Clay Cross, Chesterfield
