As a Business Development Executive, you’ll be:

• Driving new business growth through prospecting, networking, and face-to-face/virtual meetings

• Building strong, lasting relationships with clients across various sectors

• Working closely with operations to deliver tailored freight solutions

• Attending industry events and trade shows to boost brand presence

• Managing your own sales pipeline and hitting/exceeding targets

• 2-3+ years of B2B sales experience - logistics or freight experience is a bonus, but not essential

• A fun, energetic personality - someone who thrives in a high-performance, team-driven environment

• Hunter mentality - self-motivated, proactive, and always looking for the next opportunity

• Great communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

• A true passion for sales and personal growth

• £30k - £45k base + OTE £60k+ (uncapped!)

• Company car or car allowance (if field-based)
