Business Development Executive - LONDON

MindSearch, a London -based executive search firm, is looking for a Business Development Executive to help drive our expansion in the UK market. Since 2014, we’ve been connecting top talent with leading companies across the UK and Europe, and now we need a sales -focused professional to strengthen our client base.

Your Role – What You’ll Be Doing:

• Prospect & Develop New Clients – Identify and engage potential clients across London and the UK through mass email campaigns, warm calls, and cold calls.
  
• Meet & Pitch – Arrange and attend face -to -face or video meetings with key decision -makers to promote our recruitment services.
  
• Drive Sales Through Talent – Push top candidate CVs to potential clients, creating interest and facilitating placements.
  
• Build Strong Relationships – Develop long -term client partnerships and become a trusted recruitment advisor.
  
• Manage Your Pipeline – Log all sales activity in our CRM system to ensure a smooth sales process and follow -up.
  
• Negotiate & Close Deals – Secure recruitment agreements with new clients and drive revenue growth.

Competitive Salary & Uncapped Commissions

• Base salary: £30,000 - £40,000 (depending on experience)
