We’re seeking a Business Development Executive or Manager to join our growing London-based team. No prior insurance experience is required - what matters most is your commercial acumen, confidence, and ability to build strong B2B relationships.

Role / Responsibilities:

• Identifying and developing new business opportunities within the corporate and commercial insurance sector
• Bulding and managing strong relationships with clients, partners, and key decision-makers
• Working closely with internal teams to deliver tailored insurance solutions
• Preparing and delivering compelling pitches and proposals
• Tracking market trends and competitor activity to identify growth areas
