Job Description - Business Development Executive - Uttoxeter

Our client is looking for a team of confident, professional and ambitious Business Development Executives who can assist them in growing their customer base.

This is an exciting opportunity for somebody looking to begin their career in B2B sales. You will be provided with a comprehensive sales training in a top-quality learning environment with 1-1 coaching and full role training to help you grow and progress your skills within the company.

Main Responsibilities
Identify, research and qualify new potential clients and key contacts to build targeted lead lists
Develop a clear understanding of the value proposition and solutions to generate brand awareness and interest
Proactively reach out to prospect customers through an omni-channel approach (phone, email, LinkedIn) to promote, educate and recommend solutions
Understand the needs oprospect customers and articulate the value that the clients technology and services provide
Engage with potential customers on the phone, through following a consultative questioning process and actively listening to their challenges and opportunities
Set-up and support calls/demos for the senior sales team, whilst driving the sales process
Build and nurture strong relationships with potential prospects to drive new business opportunities
Manage and maintain the sales Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
