Job Description - Business Development Executives

With a significant growth strategy over the next year, we are looking for Business Development Executives to join our team at Hospitality Jobs UK.

Working in a fun & motivated environment both office, field and home based, you will be working with an experienced team offering a fantastic support infrastructure and

training for you to succeed and develop into a Business Development Manager role with the opportunity for succession to a Head of Sales role.

We are looking for someone who is motivated and driven to want to earn unlimited commission and bonus, whilst ensuring our clients are at the forefront of delivering and managing their expectations.

You will be responsible for a variety of duties related to attracting new clients and retaining existing business.

Your duties and responsibilities include:

Researching businesses, individuals and industry trends to identify potential new clients

Identify and understand new client needs

Contact potential new clients via phone, email and LinkedIn to gauge interest and plan meetings

Meet new and existing clients in person

Negotiate business terms and contracts with new and existing clients via phone, email and in-person face to face or zoom meetings

Aim to exceed sales goals and individual and team targets

Working with senior team members to manage risks and ask for support and introductions

Prepare and deliver sales pitches to potential clients

Attend hospitality networking opportunities including conferences and industry events

Manage existing and new clients accounts ensuring we manage and deliver their expectations

Provide weekly reports of activity and sales forecasting and sales pipeline

You will ideally be:

From a recruitment agency or in house recruitment team or from a job board background

Have experience of telephone sales including direct calling

Used to having targets and excited to meet these targets to earn additional sales commission

Be resilient, driven and motivated

With a strong personality and a good sense of humour would definitely help
