Business Development Graduate - UX

As a Business Development Graduate, you will be empowered to manage your own territory and clients. Your role will be a blend of field work (3 days a week) and office-based activities (2 days a week).

Responsibilities include:

• Visiting clients on-site to present and sell products.
• Collaborating with your team to identify new business opportunities.
• Managing your own client portfolio and building relationships.
• Participating in a comprehensive in-house training program.
• Continuously developing your skills through ongoing training and development.
• Prospecting for new opportunities and nurturing existing relationships.
• Demonstrating products and closing deals.
• Contributing to the overall success of the sales team.

Requirements

• You are degree educated in any discipline.
• You possess a winning attitude and a desire to succeed.
• You are eligible to work in the UK.
• You hold a full UK driving licence.
• You are a highly motivated graduate.
• You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• You have a strong work ethic and a commitment to achieving results.
• Driving License is required
