About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Business Development Lead to spearhead growth within London’s Commercial Real Estate market. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with a proven track record in B2B sales or leasing and an established network of institutional fund and asset owner contacts across the London market.
You will play a pivotal role in identifying and securing new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and driving revenue growth across our commercial real estate services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively identify and cultivate new business opportunities with commercial landlords, asset managers.
  • Leverage your existing network to generate leads and build a strong pipeline of mandates.
  • Pitch and win mandates for leasing, sales, or advisory services.
  • Collaborate closely with the opertational teams to deliver integrated solutions for clients.
  • Monitor market trends and provide intelligence to inform business development strategies.
  • Represent the company at industry events, networking functions, and client meetings.
  • Maintain CRM records and produce regular reports on BD activity.
Required Experience and Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in commercial real estate, with a focus on business development, leasing, or agency services.
  • A strong, verifiable network of landlord and property owner contacts in the London commercial real estate market is essential.
  • Demonstrated ability to win new business and manage high-level client relationships.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated and entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and within a team.
  • A strong understanding of London CRE market dynamics and stakeholder landscape.
Desirable
  • RICS qualification or similar professional designation.
  • Experience working for a real estate consultancy, agency, or developer.
  • Familiarity with prop-tech platforms and innovative CRE tools.
