The Business Development Manager will be expected to manage existing, and generate new introducer relationships to feed new business into both the Corporate and Private client divisions, focusing primarily on new corporate client acquisition.

This is a national role, so we are open to locations such as London, Manchester, Leeds, Birmingham, Edinburgh, Bristol and Newcastle.

• To drive sales across the entire revenue spectrum including all service and product areas
• To own, project manage and deliver business development campaigns in coordination with marketing and internal stakeholders.
• To deliver personal revenue according to budget plan
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
• Develop and maintain relationships with business stakeholders, including clients, partners, or vendors.
• Increase the breadth of support and advice provided to existing clients by maximising cross referrals within the group.
• Conduct periodic market research and analysis.
• To highlight to your line manager procedures & processes that do not adhere to the principles of TCF/RCR and to put forward suggestions that improve the TCF/RCR practices within the department.

• Proven success in a Business Development role
• Extensive professional networks and connections
• Financial Planning experience and knowledge of Employee Benefits products
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• The ability to influence and negotiate with others
• The ability to think creatively and strategically
• Business Savvy with Commercial awareness
• Results focused with self-motivation in the ability to be motivated by targets
• Financial Services / Wealth Management is nice to have
• Maths and English GCSE, grade 5 or above, or equivalent

• Team player and self-starter with great organisational skills
