Business Development Manager

We are currently looking for a Business Development Manager to join our clients, a highly successful, well-established, Equity Release Brokerage in Essex.

We would require the successful candidate to possess previous BDM experience either in Finance or Property, and would be covering North East London and Essex areas on a hybrid basis with the role being predominantly field based.

The successful Business Development Manager will be offered:

• Basic Salary £30,000 - £40,000 (Depending on Experience)
• Strong Commission structure
• OTE £40,000 - £50,000 (uncapped)

Responsibilities for the role of Business Development Manager:

• Establish and maintain relationships with key referral partners.
• Develop and execute strategies to increase client acquisition and achieve sales targets
• Monitor industry trends in the finance sector (equity release)

Business Development Manager Requirements:

• Proven track record of generating and managing leads, while building strategic relationships and driving revenue growth in the financial service industry.
• A strong understanding of equity release products, market trends and regulatory requirements (e.g FCA regulations) and the ability to communicate financial solutions to clients and partners
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skill to establish and maintain relationships with clients and advisors
