Job Description - Business Development Manager

Title: Business Development Manager – Payroll
Location: Glasgow – Hybrid
Salary: £30,000 + uncapped commission
Contract: Permanent

We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to help expand market presence and drive significant revenue growth. As our Business Development Manager, you'll be at the forefront of the expansion strategy, identifying untapped markets, building valuable relationships, and creating pathways to success for our cutting-edge payroll solutions.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Pioneer new business opportunities across UK & Ireland markets
  • Connect with decision-makers and transform cold prospects into loyal clients
  • Represent our solutions through compelling virtual and in-person presentations
  • Track performance metrics and maintain pristine customer data
 
What You'll Bring
  • Sales experience or background in customer service, payroll, or marketing
  • Exceptional communication abilities that build instant rapport
  • Self-starter mentality balanced with collaborative teamwork skills
