Business Development Manager

Imperial Recruitment Group is currently recruiting for a Business Development Manager on behalf of a leading manufacturing organisation. Reporting to the Head of Sales & Marketing, this role is instrumental in delivering strategic growth, winning new business, and strengthening existing customer relationships across domestic and international markets.

• Be a confident brand ambassador, promoting the business, its services, and values

• Identify and secure new business opportunities in Moulding, Assembly, and Tooling

• Manage and grow existing client partnerships, building deep commercial insight

• Lead the sales process from initial contact to order conversion

• Collaborate with technical and commercial teams to ensure seamless onboarding

• Drive long-term growth through market research and relationship building

• Proven experience in business development, preferably in manufacturing

• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

• Results-driven, with a proactive and strategic approach

• Able to work independently and cross-functionally within teams

• A tenacious, relationship-focused professional with a growth mindset

Salary & Benefits:

• £45,000 basic salary

• Commission structure

• 25 days holiday plus bank holidays
