Are you an experienced HVAC Engineer or Project Manager looking to step away from the tools and into a more commercially focused role, where you can take ownership of building new business and driving growth?

The company are specialists in HVAC maintenance, compliance, and installation across commercial and industrial sectors. With plans to expand their service contracts division, they are now looking to bring on a confident and driven Business Development Manager to help shape the next stage of growth.

In this homebased Monday-Friday role, you will develop new business opportunities as well as upselling to the existing client base across a range of services. You will be provided with a company vehicle allowing you to travel to client sites.

This role would suit someone from a HVAC looking to join a stable and industry-renowned name where you will be able to maximise your earnings within a lucrative and ever-growing market.

The Role

• Develop and grow new B2B service contracts in the HVAC sector
• Identify, approach, and win new clients across London and the South East
• Work closely with the operations team to ensure successful delivery

• HVAC Engineer or Project Manager ready to move into Business Development
• Driven and a confident communicator
