Up to £45,000 basic + bonus + car allowance

A successful, well-established security company based in the Midlands is looking to appoint a Business Development Manager to help drive growth across the UK.

This is a new business role suited to someone with a strong track record of winning work in the security or facilities services sector. The ideal candidate will bring a technical background, with the ability to understand operational requirements and offer a solution-led sales approach.

Working closely with the operations team, this individual will be responsible for identifying opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers, and delivering tailored security solutions across multiple sectors.

Key requirements:

• Proven experience in new business sales, ideally within security or FM
• A technical understanding of security systems or services
• A consultative approach with strong commercial awareness
• Willingness to travel across the UK and meet clients face-to-face
