Business Development Manager - Fire & Security
Location: Hybrid (Midlands)
Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 + EV/Hybrid Car Scheme + Comprehensive Benefits

An established and expanding fire and security services provider is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to support its continued growth.

This role is focused on securing new recurring service contracts within both the public and private sectors. The successful candidate will manage the full sales cycle, from initial contact through to contract mobilisation, while building long-term, trust-based client relationships.
