Our client, a market-leading technical specialist and trusted service provider, partners with pioneering OEMs to deliver advanced solutions in injection moulding machinery. As they continue to expand, they are now looking to appoint a field-based Business Development Manager to drive growth and strengthen their presence across the UK.

Your role as Business Development Manager:

• Developing and executing strategic sales plans to grow market share and increase revenue
• Building and nurturing long-term relationships with both existing and new customers
• Identifying opportunities to expand product and service offerings within key accounts
• Working closely with technical and engineering teams to provide tailored solutions

What We're Looking For

• Experience within the Plastic Injection Moulding sector is highly desirable - but not essential
• A strong track record in technical sales, business development or account management
• Commercially astute with exceptional communication and negotiation skills
• Proactive, self-motivated and target-driven with a consultative sales approach
• Full UK driving licence is essential
