• Up to £60,000 Basic salary
• UNCAPPED Commission – Based on Revenue
• OTE £80,000+
• Package includes car, private healthcare, pension, holidays, etc.
• South East + Midlands
• Field Sales role
• 70% New Business, 30% Existing Accounts

The Role:

• Field Based position, providing mechanical and electrical pumps service/maintenance solutions to customers across the commercial, industrial, infrastructure, construction, utility industries.
• Key focus on New Business –70% of Revenue.
• Existing account growth – 30% of Revenue.
• Visit trade shows and represent the company’s product/service offering.
• Stay updated on market trends and opportunities.
• Revenue Driven Targets – Achievable and Realistic.

Experience Desired:

• Technical Experience – Pumps, Seals, Valves, Filters, pumping, filtration, water treatment.
• Sales Experience – both existing accounts and new business.
• Engineering qualifications or experience (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Industrial, Manufacturing)
