What You’ll Be Doing * Proactively identifying and winning new business opportunities * Building, managing, and converting a strong sales pipeline * Creating tailored solutions to meet client needs * Developing lasting client relationships to maximise revenue * Collaborating with internal teams to deliver a seamless service * Keeping CRM systems accurate and up to date * Staying ahead of market trends and competitor activity The ideal candidate will have: * Experience in business development or field sales * A proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets * Strong communication and relationship-building skills * Highly organised with great attention to detail * Full UK driving licence Experience in waste or environmental services is desirable, but not essential.
