Job Description - Business Development Manager

Business Development Manager – ClearCourse Health (Healthcare SaaS & Payments)

 

Location: Belfast, Northern Ireland
Reports to: Sales Director

Within healthcare, ClearCourse Health supports the growth of market-leading practice management platforms including TM3 and e-clinic, delivering scalable, secure and future-ready solutions to private healthcare organisations across the UK. 

 

The Role

 

This is a pure new business, new logo role focused on driving customer acquisition across ClearCourse's healthcare software portfolio, including TM3 and e-clinic.

 

You will sell into the private healthcare sector, targeting organisations across physiotherapy and MSK, private hospitals, aesthetics and cosmetic medicine, primary care, mental health, occupational health and broader allied health services.

 

TM3 has a strong heritage in physiotherapy and MSK, while e-clinic supports a wider range of healthcare settings, enabling growth across multi-site, multidisciplinary and enterprise healthcare providers.

 

You will position these platforms as strategic, scalable solutions aligned to the operational, clinical and commercial needs of healthcare providers. This includes mapping client requirements across practice management, patient journey workflows, reporting, integrations and wider ecosystem capabilities.

 

Success in this role will be measured by your ability to consistently win new logos, grow market share across priority healthcare verticals and contribute directly to ClearCourse Health's  continued expansion within the healthcare software market.

 

Key Responsibilities

  •  Drive new customer acquisition across ClearCourse Health's ERP and digital transformation solutions
  • Develop and manage a strong pipeline of qualified new business opportunities
  • Build trusted relationships with senior decision makers including founders, CFOs, Finance Directors, Operations Directors and IT leaders
  • Take a consultative approach to understand each prospect’s systems landscape, business model and growth plans
  • Lead product demonstrations, proposals and commercial negotiations
  • Manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
  • Accurately maintain CRM records to support forecasting and reporting
  • Collaborate closely with product, delivery and marketing teams to ensure alignment and successful customer outcomes
  • Represent ClearCourse Health at industry events and networking opportunities
  • Proven track record of exceeding new business sales targets within healthcare software, SaaS or technology
  • Experience selling ERP, business systems or digital transformation solutions is highly desirable
  • Strong consultative selling capability with experience managing complex deal cycles
  • Experience forecasting and managing enterprise-level sales funnels
  • Confident presenting to senior stakeholders
  • Strong CRM discipline and pipeline management
  • Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated, commercially driven and comfortable operating in a high-growth environment
