£55,000 plus bonus

Business Development manager required for a South Yorkshire main contractor, a renowned company in the construction industry working on several frameworks.

Key Benefits

Competitive salary of £50,000 - £60,000 per annum
Car allowance circa £5,000
30 days of annual leave (including bank holidays)
Pension scheme (3% employer contribution after qualifying period)
8-5 working with a 4pm Friday finish
Role & Responsibilities

Identify and pursue opportunities within the construction sector
Build and maintain relationships with clients, consultants, architects and the supply chain
Maximise opportunities on frameworks
Monitor tenders, PQQs and tenders' submissions
Attend client meetings, site visits and networking events
Prepare and present presentations when needed
Liaise with the estimating / commercial team to maximise and win work

Required Knowledge & Experience

Previous experience in construction business development
Preferably within the commercial construction sectors such as Hospitals, schools etc
Full UK driving license.
