FFW Site Services are seeking an ambitious Business Development Manager to join our growing team in Rayleigh.
This opportunity is ideal for somebody who genuinely enjoys sales, building relationships and winning new business.
Experience within construction, environmental services or hazardous services would be advantageous, however it is not essential. We are far more interested in finding somebody with the right attitude, drive and determination to succeed.
The Role
You will be responsible for developing new client relationships across the environmental, hazardous services and wider construction sectors.
Working closely with the leadership team, you will identify opportunities, arrange meetings, generate quotations and convert new business opportunities into long term client partnerships.
Responsibilities
• Generating New Business Opportunities
• Building Relationships With Key Decision Makers
• Conducting Sales Meetings Both In Person And Online
• Managing And Developing A Healthy Sales Pipeline
• Preparing Commercial Proposals And Quotations
• Following Up Leads And Marketing Campaigns
• Maintaining Accurate CRM Records
• Achieving Sales And Revenue Targets
What We're Looking For
• Previous Experience Within A Sales, Business Development Or Account Management Role
• A Genuine Passion For Sales
• Excellent Communication Skills
• Confidence Speaking With Decision Makers
• Strong Negotiation And Relationship Building Skills
• Self Motivated And Results Driven Approach
• Full UK Driving Licence
