Business, Sales & Operations Manager – Private Medical Essex | Part or Full Time, Fully On Site
A leading private medical provider is seeking a driven and experienced Business, Sales & Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day running and commercial performance of its clinical services.
This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who can balance operational excellence with a strong commercial mindset, ensuring services run efficiently while actively driving revenue and identifying new growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities Identify and develop new revenue opportunities across clinical services Drive patient acquisition, conversion rates, and overall commercial performance Proactively spot gaps in services, pricing, and patient demand to unlock growth Build and optimise referral pathways, partnerships, and lead sources Monitor performance data to inform sales strategy and improve profitability Work closely with leadership to deliver business growth initiatives Oversee clinic operations to ensure capacity is maximised and aligned to demand Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary clinical and support teams Maintain high standards of patient experience and clinical governanceAbout You Proven experience in private healthcare, medical, dental, or aesthetics Strong operational management and organisational skills Commercially aware, with confidence influencing revenue and performance Excellent leadership and communication abilities Able to thrive in a fast-paced, patient-focused environmentThe Opportunity Join a growing private medical environment Play a key role in both operational success and business performance Work alongside an ambitious and forward-thinking leadership team Only candidates based in UK and eligible to work in UK are allowed
