Business Development Manager

We are recruiting for an experienced Business Development Manager to join a global coffee company. This is a field-based role focused on generating new business and developing long-term customer relationships across the commercial coffee sector.

Key Responsibilities

* Generate and win new business opportunities.

* Build and manage a strong sales pipeline.

* Conduct customer meetings and product demonstrations.

* Prepare quotations and negotiate contracts.

* Achieve sales targets and maintain CRM records.

Personal Requirements

* Previous business development experience within the commercial coffee machine industry.

* Proven track record of winning new business.

* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

* Self-motivated with the ability to manage your own diary.

* Full UK Driving Licence.

This role is a national role so you must be prepared to travel.

Salary - £40,000k-50,000k + commission
