Business Development Manager

POSITION: Business Development Manager – High Energy, Positive & Results Driven
LOCATION: either in the M62 Corridor, or West/East Midlands Regions
SALARY: Ranging from £60,000 - £80,000 + company car/ car allowance, generous bonus + benefits
We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Manager to join a growing and ambitious business.
This role is all about energy, attitude, commercial drive and results.
We are keen to speak with sales professionals from either the Facilities Management, Water, Property, Building Services, Utilities, Compliance or similar service-led sectors who can demonstrate a strong track record of developing relationships, creating opportunities and winning new business.
Key Responsibilities include:
* Developing new business opportunities
* Building and managing a strong sales pipeline
* Developing relationships with key decision-makers
* Growing existing accounts
* Winning profitable new contracts
* Delivering against agreed sales and revenue targets
