Jenson Recruitment is seeking an ambitious Business Development Manager to drive new business growth across the UK, selling innovative cloud-based telephone systems to SMEs, trades and professional services businesses.

Key Responsibilities:

* Generate and qualify new business leads through inbound and outbound sales.

* Conduct discovery calls and online product demonstrations.

* Prepare tailored proposals, negotiate and close new business.

* Manage the sales pipeline and maintain accurate CRM records.

* Build strong relationships with business owners and decision-makers.

About You:

* Proven experience in B2B sales or business development.

* Confident making outbound calls, presenting solutions and closing deals.

* Strong communication, negotiation and organisational skills.

* Experience in telecoms, SaaS, technology or business services would be advantageous.

* Based within commuting distance of Peterborough.
