Up to £60,000 basic with OTE of over £100,000, and real ownership of your own patch.

As a Senior Business Development Manager, your responsibilities will include:

Building and converting a strong pipeline of ecommerce, retail and DTC opportunities
Owning the full sales cycle, from first conversation through to proposal, negotiation and close
Building relationships with founders, CEOs and senior Operations and Supply Chain leaders
Spotting fast-growing brands that need better UK and European distribution
Using your network, referrals and partnerships to open new doors
Sharing insight and leads with a supportive sales team to drive results across the board
As a Senior Business Development Manager, your experience will include:

A strong track record of winning significant new business in complex B2B sales
Sharp commercial judgement and confident negotiation skills
The credibility to engage with people at board level
A proactive, entrepreneurial approach and the drive to work autonomously
Experience in 3PL, fulfilment, logistics or supply chain would be a bonus but isn’t essential
Exposure to high-growth sectors such as beauty, wellness, apparel or premium retail would be an advantage
