What you be doing as the business development manager:

  • Leading sales and business development across the UK and Europe.
  • Innovating and identifying new business opportunities.
  • Overseeing the achievement of ambitious sales targets.
  • Cultivating and expanding customer accounts.
  • Customising quotations and aligning internal teams with market needs.
  • Traveling to connect with the customer base and to represent the brand at industry exhibitions.

What you will need to apply for the business development manager position:

Proven experience in technical sales or business development.

A degree in science or engineering disciplines.

About the company:

Hours of work:

Monday to Thursday, 8am-4:30pm; Early finish on a Friday at 2:30pm. The role is expected to be a 50/50 split between the office in South Wales and travelling to clients (predominantly UK and Europe).

The business development manager position would also suit candidates who are a sales manager, head of sales, head of business development etc.
