We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join a rapidly expanding technology solutions Specialist VAR. This company is a Lenovo Platinum, HP Amplify, and Dell Gold Partner, catering to the computer hardware needs of schools, healthcare institutions, and other large companies.
Your Role
New Business Development:
Proactively seek out and secure new opportunities to expand the company's clientele and market presence.
Account Management:
Develop and manage a portfolio of accounts to ensure long-term success.
Client Relations:
Serve as the primary point of contact for all matters related to your accounts, building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships, and addressing customer needs.
Contract Negotiation:
Oversee customer account management, including negotiating contracts and agreements to maximize profit.
Lead Management:
Efficiently handle, quote, and close inbound inquiries.
Success Metrics
Revenue Growth:
Drive income growth from both new and existing accounts.
Sales Performance:
Achieve and exceed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) as set by the Sales Manager.
Upsell and Cross-Sell:
Successfully upsell and cross-sell within existing accounts, contributing to overall revenue growth.
Collaborative Engagement:
Actively participate in team meetings, contributing to the Sales team's success.
What We Offer
Salary:
£40,000 - £45,000 per annum plus commission
Location:
East Sussex, with 2 days a week in the office
