Business Development Manager

Blue Arrow is proud to be working in partnership with a family run business in the Bradford area which has been operating for 12 years. We are recruiting an experienced Business Development Manager to join their ever-growing team on a fulltime, permanent basis.
About the Business Development Manager Role:
Our client is recruiting for a Business Development Manager who will be reporting directly into the Sales Director. They are looking for someone who is focus and goal orientated who can communicate to their team correctly.
Hours: Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm
Salary: £34,000 - £38,000 (dependant on experience)
What will I be doing in the Business Development Manager role?
Develop new relationships which will help the company expand.
Identify new partnership opportunities.
Be able to manage a team of 2 to start with and up to a team of 8-10 in time.
Maintain existing accounts.
Work closely with senior management to understand current trading conditions.
Managing and co-ordinating team workflow
Coming up with new ideas for sales projects
Previous experience and requirements:
Previous experience in using a CRM system.
2-3 years' experience in a managerial role
2 years' experience in business development
Candidate must have a driving license and own transport due to location of the office.
