Compensation:

OTE £50k+. Basic £25-£27.5k | Uncapped Performance Bonus | 20 Days Paid Holiday + 8 Days Bank Holiday

As of now products from our own brands and our growing client base are sold and distributed across the UK, USA, EU as well as Asia and South America.

Due to a recent surge in growth, we’ve been making changes to our long-term strategy to drive efficient expansion of our sales team. Reporting directly to the BUSINESS OPERATIONS DIRECTOR and MANAGING DIRECTOR, the BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER will be at the forefront, shaping the business strategy, driving new business and growing existing customer accounts. Through creating and executing a flawless sales strategy and the dedicated management of our sales team, you will be consistently driving our revenue and profit growth leaving no stone unturned. Not only will you be dedicated to surpassing each target, you will also be able to understand the bigger picture and contribute to the future success of the company whilst developing into a critical member of our leadership team.

We are looking for a commercially driven, strategic thinker with strong communication skills and a proven track record of delivering high-level sales performance from a team. The right person for the role will be a self-starter who can hit the ground running and push themselves outside of their comfort zone. Alongside this, you will be required to live and breathe our core values.

Main Accountabilities:

Outbound sales - lead generation to closing
Inbound sales - enquiry to closing
Manage existing and new customer accounts
Sales Administration
Customer retention - growing existing accounts
Manage payments and invoicing
Create Sales Orders and order processing
Arrange logistics and delivery
Support the Sales Manager in sales-related activities when required
After-sales support
Handle RMA’s and returns
Weekly/monthly/quarterly

reporting
Understand and communicate current stock forecasting
Managing CRM systems
Reporting
Exceeding company targets

Success in 6 months:

Be confidently acquiring and closing new accounts
Be confidently managing and growing new and existing accounts
Consistently hitting KPIs and targets
Following the sales process
Have demonstrable growth on accounts
Have a detailed understanding of the company’s products and capabilities

Success in 12 months:

Significant growth of existing accounts
Significant growth of new accounts
Tapped into new industries
Have a clear and comprehensive sales strategy which is gaining momentum
Able to independently cost and sell White Label products
Smashing through targets

Success in 24 months:

You have successfully built a large customer repertoire and show no signs of slowing down
You have tapped into new industries and are attracting top-name accounts and contracts
Have implemented a handful of new processes or technologies that have forever changed the way we do things for the better
