Our client, a creative agency based in the East Midlands, is seeking a Business Development Manager to join their team on a permanent, full time basis. Are you a tenacious Business Development Manager or Outbound Sales Representative? Are you looking for the next step in your career? If so, we have a fantastic opportunity to join a market leading creative agency. As a Business Development Manager you will be responsible for finding and converting prospective new clients into paying customers. This is a challenging and highly rewarding role within a friendly, dynamic team. The primary objective of this role is to identify new opportunities over the phone and arranging and attending meetings. This role is predominantly office based but will require two to four client meetings and presentations per week. You will be making over 50 calls to prospective clients per day targeting a provided database. The position is likely to be 100% office based during the first two months whilst appointments are being agreed.
Skills and Experience Required: - Cold Calling / Relationship building - Excellent face-to-face communication and presentation skills - The ability to converse confidently at Director level - Be a quick learner, intelligent and enthusiastic team players - Have a cheerful and personable outlook - Have the determination, resilience and tenacity to overcome setbacks and succeed
