Saffron Building Society is seeking a talented Business Development Manager to join our team.The day to day role:Covering Central EnglandDemonstrating an active contribution to the successful delivery of all lending objectives with a key focus on growing ‘fans’ and ‘friends’ in your assigned territoryPro-actively managing and developing relationships with brokers within your assigned territorySignposting brokers to the SFI website highlighting the tools and guides available to educate and support themCompleting welcome calls to all newly registered brokers, when required, covering all aspects required ensuring they fully understand how to submit business and are aware of Saffron’s key selling pointsEffectively promoting the Society; its service and productsDeveloping the Society profile and increasing the Society’s intermediary market shareResearching and feeding back industry news and trends, sharing broker feedback, product initiatives and market intelligence with Intermediary Manager and National Account Manager.Maintaining an appropriate level of market knowledge to support the Society and brokersAdvocating and promoting the Society at virtual and face to face events………. and more!To be successful you will have knowledge of:Strong knowledge of the mortgage intermediary sectorBroad understanding of the UK mortgage regulatory framework and the entities withinData AnalysisDeep understanding and experience in relationship management of mortgage intermediariesRewards & BenefitsPerformance Related Recognition SchemeAnnual BonusPension 5% Employee and 8.5% EmployerPhysical, Mental and Financial Wellbeing supportLife Assurance & Income ProtectionHoliday Exchangeand lots more…. please get in touch to find out more….
