Business Development Manager

Requirements

• Complete the sales cycle from start to finish.
• Research and identify potential leads, building up your own pipeline.
• Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers.
• Introduce services to potential customers, emphasizing the unique value proposition and benefits.
• Build relationships with customers by delivering exceptional customer service.
• Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and contribute to team goals and objectives.
• Manage accounts to develop solution usage and revenue growth.
• Contribute towards team activities and goals.

• Persuasive and confident demeanour, able to handle objections and rejection positively.
• Flexible to embrace the dynamics of an evolving, technology led organisation.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Highly beneficial: Prior experience in sales or customer service roles is a plus.
