Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for business development and sector growth? Do you thrive in a fast-paced, international environment? My client, a world-renowned law firm, is looking for a dynamic BD & Marketing Manager to help shape the future of their Global Aerospace & Defence and Global Real Estate sectors.

This is your opportunity to work at the heart of two high-profile, fast-evolving sectors. You’ll collaborate with senior stakeholders across the globe, drive strategic initiatives, and play a key role in positioning my client as a market leader.

The remit of this Business Development Manager role will be varied and includes:

  • Lead Strategy Execution: Drive and deliver global marketing and client development strategies for both sectors.
  • Client Engagement: Support relationship-building with key clients and prospects, ensuring impactful outreach and cross-sector collaboration.
  • Market Insight: Use data and intelligence to spot opportunities, inform decisions, and shape go-to-market plans.
  • Campaigns & Events: Oversee flagship events, marketing campaigns, and profile-raising initiatives across international markets.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with partners, lawyers, and business teams to align efforts and amplify global presence.

The successful candidate for this Business Development Manager role will bring:

  • Proven experience in business development or marketing, within a law firm or professional services environment.
  • Understanding of, or an interest in the Aerospace & Defence or Real Estate sectors.
  • A global mindset and the ability to work across cultures and time zones.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and influencing skills.
  • A proactive, client-focused approach with a knack for turning ideas into action.
