They are currently seeking a motivated and self-starting Business Development Manager to join their dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Focus on generating leads and business for Sea and Air logistics, with Road logistics as a secondary focus
• Develop and maintain a robust portfolio of clients
• Quickly cover costs through effective sales strategies and client acquisition
• Negotiate commission based on portfolio performance
• Create and implement strategic business development plans to achieve expected ROI
• Build and nurture relationships with clients to ensure long-term partnerships
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction
• Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities

Experience:

• Proven experience withing the Air and Sea freight, business development.
• Strong ability to self-start and generate leads independently
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to develop and maintain a profitable client portfolio
• Results-driven with a focus on achieving ROI
• Good understanding of the logistics industry and market trends
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
