Job Description - Business Development Manager / B2B Sales Executive / Representative

We are seeking a Business Development Manager / B2B Sales Executive / Representative with a proven track record as a 'Hunter’—someone who excels at identifying and acquiring new clients through proactive prospecting, cold outreach, and closing deals. Join our team at DEX Property Management, a leading international company specialising in the management and protection of vacant properties.

SALARY: £35,000 per annum (Basic Salary) / £45,000 OTE (includes basic)

LOCATION: London (SW6) - Office Based with regular travel for meetings predominantly around London / M25. However, you may have to travel UK wide on occasions

JOB TYPE: Full-Time, Permanent

We have a fantastic job opportunity for a Business Development Manager / B2B Sales Executive / Representative who is an experienced 'Hunter’ that enjoys identifying and acquiring new clients through proactive prospecting, cold outreach and closing deals.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about property and sales, who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Working as the Business Development Manager / B2B Sales Executive / Representative you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities and strengthening relationships with existing clients.

As the Business Development Manager / B2B Sales Executive / Representative you will be confident, well-organised, and self-motivated with strong communication skills and the ability to build long-lasting client relationships.

DUTIES

Your duties as the Business Development Manager / B2B Sales Executive / Representative include:

  • Identify, approach, and secure new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing clients
  • Conduct meetings with prospective and current customers
  • Negotiate terms and close sales
  • Prepare and deliver proposals and tenders
  • Accurately calculate costs and provide quotations
  • Maintain personal sales pipeline and customer records
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
  • Conduct telesales and cold calling to generate leads
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

  • Must have sales experience in a similar B2B environment
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organisational and time-management abilities
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritise workload effectively
  • Confident in face-to-face client meetings and cold calling
  • Professional, articulate, and well-presented
  • Strong telephone manner
  • Full UK driving licence required
  • Degree or equivalent qualification desirable
