Serving clients across the UK, the company is known for its commitment to quality, innovation, and service excellence within the electrical and construction sectors.

As part of their continued growth strategy, they are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to expand their market presence and nurture key customer relationships.

Role Overview

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving sales across the UK, targeting specification markets and electrical contractors. This is an exciting opportunity for a sales professional with industry experience who is eager to make a tangible impact in a high-potential market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive business growth by identifying and securing new sales opportunities within the cable management and conduit sector.
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring outstanding customer satisfaction.
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts to maximize revenue and profitability.
  • Deliver sales presentations, proposals, and solutions tailored to client needs.
  • Provide regular, accurate sales reporting and market feedback to the senior leadership team.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery and client service excellence.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 3 years' proven success in B2B sales within the cable management or an electrical manufacturer.
  • Strong understanding of cable management products and their application in commercial and industrial environments.
  • Track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and highly organised.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • Full UK driving license.
